We are thrilled you are interested in our shipping program and strive to deliver Old Shawnee Pizza products in the best condition. While we do everything possible to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food around the country, some factors are outside our control such as weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of USPS, therefore all items are final sale. Any shipping guidelines on this site are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date. Old Shawnee Pizza, is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as it is subject to USPS. We ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays, so orders for a time-sensitive event should be placed 2 weeks early. In some instances due to weather, high package volume (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, we may have your product arrive earlier than requested to ensure that it arrives in good condition.
Old Shawnee Pizza is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require signature for the release of shipments. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control. Old Shawnee Pizza does not require a signature for the delivery of its packages and is not responsible for packages that require a signature but are not delivered because no one is home to sign. Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. We are not able to accommodate any delivery address modifications once your order has been placed. There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.
In no case shall Old Shawnee Pizza or KetoCookKC, LLC (Fattyhead), our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, interns or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
